Masters weather updates: Play resumes after storm forces golfers off course in Round 3

by Sakuragun Chan

It’s moving day at the 2021 Masters Tournament, but golfers were forced to move from the course to the clubhouse at Augusta National Golf Course.

Play was suspended at 3:57 p.m. ET with a weather warning as a storm system makes its way through Augusta, Ga.

It’s uncertain how long the delay will last. Curiously, this is the second time in as many Masters Tournaments that play has been suspended. Rain delayed the start of the tournament in November.
